Ting started her PhD in Information and Communication Technologies at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) in 2022. Her research is focused on irreversible electroporation (IRE), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy during IRE treatments, and nerve stimulation during electroporation. Before her PhD, she acquired her MSc degree in Pattern Recognition and Intellegent System at Shanghai University (Shanghai, China) in 2022, specifically studying in modeling and simulation of IRE and high-frequency IRE treatments on cerebral tumors. In 2018, majoring in Automation at Lanzhou University of Technology (Lanzhou, China), she finished her BSc dissertation, Control System Design for Two-wheel Self-balance Vehicle Based on STM32, with the title of "outstanding dissertation" awarded, and acquired her BSc degree.
