Shahid Malik was born in Rajasthan, India, in 1992. He received a master’s degree from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi, India, with a specialization in control and instrumentation systems in 2014. He obtained a Ph.D. degree from IIT Bombay, Mumbai, India, early in 2021. He is currently working as Research Associate at the Imperial College London, UK. He was ERASMUS Visting Scholar in BERG at UPF, Barcelona, Spain, from 2018 to 2019. He also enjoyed a short Visiting Scholar position for 3 months at Tufts University, Boston, MA, USA. His research interests include analog circuits, sensors and instrumentation, biomedical instrumentation, and instrumentation design for remote sensing applications.
