Sandra earned a degree in Biochemistry and completed an MSc in Biomedical Research at the University of the Balearic Islands in 2024. During her academic journey, she built a solid foundation in molecular biology, biochemistry, and experimental research techniques. Her research interests center on understanding the biochemical mechanisms that influence human health and disease, with a particular focus on cancer therapies. Currently, Sandra is pursuing a Ph.D. at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF), where her research focuses on exploring low-field electroporation as a novel approach to cancer therapy.
